York Ironing's Cost Calculator
To help any new, exisiting or potential customers calculate the cost of their ironing we have the York Ironing Calculator. It is an interactive program designed to work out the price of your ironing for you. We hope you find this useful.
Collection and Delivery
A collection and delivery service is available FREE of charge within the York outer ring road boundary on all batches of ironing over £17.50. Batches under £17.50 will incur a £3.00 surcharge for the collection and delivery service.
If you live outside the ring road, it's not a problem, we can still collect/deliver to you for a small fee depending on the mileage (please contact us for an exact cost). Please note that the mileage would be charged in addition to the £3.00 surcharge placed on batches under £17.50. You are, of course, welcome to drop off and pick up in person if
you prefer. Unfortunately, any failed collections or deliveries through no fault of our own will be charged at £7.50. All ironing is turned around and delivered in 48 hours as standard. However, we also provide an express service with a 24 hour turnaround. This is available at standard item rate plus 15%.
Client Loyalty Scheme
Regular customers whose account is over £90 in a month (excluding delivery charges) will receive a £5 loyalty discount on their ironing, accounts over £120 in a month (excluding delivery charges) will receive a £10 loyalty discount on their ironing. Recommend a friend and both you and your friend will receive a £5 York Ironing Gift Voucher, when their account reaches £50.
Gift Vouchers
Give someone an unusual and thoughtful present this year. Our gift vouchers are ideal for Mothers Day, Birthday's, Christmas or even as a thankyou. The gift vouchers are available in various stylish designs and in denominations of £5. You can either call Carol directly to order, or send a cheque/Postal Order (made payable to Carol Smith) with your contact details to the address on our contact page.
